Sambandha Matrimony is a respectful, secure platform dedicated to helping individuals and families find genuine life partners for marriage in Nepal and abroad. These Community Guidelines explain what is expected from every user and how we maintain a safe, trustworthy environment.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Sambandha Matrimony is strictly for matrimonial purposes only. All interactions must be respectful, honest, and aimed at serious marriage proposals. The platform is not for casual dating, entertainment, or any other purpose.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

You must be 18 years or older. Only one account per person is allowed. All profiles must represent real individuals using their true identity. Creating fake profiles, anonymous accounts, duplicate accounts, or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

3. Respectful Conduct

We expect all members to communicate with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Polite messages about marriage compatibility, family values, and future plans are encouraged.

4. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly forbidden on Sambandha Matrimony: • Creating or using fake/anonymous identities or profiles. • Posting or sharing content that spreads hatred or harms social harmony based on caste, religion, ethnicity, gender, or age. • Any form of bullying, harassment, or threatening language. • Obscene or sexually explicit content. • Any attempt at fraud, scams, or financial exploitation.

5. Safety & Privacy

We take privacy very seriously. Personal contact details should only be exchanged after careful verification and mutual consent. Never share financial information or bank details.

6. Grievance Redressal (Complaint Process)

If you see any violation, report the profile directly from the app/website. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Email: contact@sambandha.app

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
